As part of biomedical research, scientists have genetically enlarged the brains of a group of sharks. However, with this extra intellectual power, the sharks start to fight back against their captors. This is a rather run of the mill formulaic attempt at a blockbuster. The film goes through all the motions of big budget action, but little effort was placed on the story, and the atmosphere is lacking. |
